Employers face November 9 disability employment levy deadline
Employers have until November 9 to file levy reports covering the first three quarters of 2026. Any amount due must be paid by November 19.
The deadline for employers to report the assessment, calculation and payment of Ukraine’s levy supporting employment for people with disabilities is Monday, November 9. The filing covers the first three quarters of 2026, the State Tax Service reported on Friday, November 6.
Electronic filing is the fastest available route, using form code J0500701 for legal entities and F0500701 for individual entrepreneurs. Taxpayers may also deliver a paper report in person to the tax office where they are primarily registered. The postal option required dispatch at least five days before the deadline, so that filing window had already closed by November 7.
The report must use the form approved under Finance Ministry Order No. 453 of August 25, 2026, which has applied since October 1. Where the filing shows a levy payable, the funds must reach the authorities no later than November 19.
