Iron Land children’s spaces enter new phase at Ukrainian stations
Ukrainian Railways and All Hands & Hearts will refresh existing play areas and develop children’s zones inside designated station shelters.
The Iron Land network gives young passengers dedicated places to play and learn while waiting for trains. Its facilities are located at railway stations in Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Odesa and Zaporizhzhia.
Telegram channel @UkrzalInfo reported the project’s next phase on Friday, November 6. Ukrainian Railways and All Hands & Hearts intend to keep the spaces updated with new toys, educational resources and interactive activities.
The partnership also covers new areas for children inside specially designated shelters at railway stations. The concept is meant to provide emotional comfort and a measure of normality during air-raid alerts alongside physical safety.
The partners plan to bring Iron Land to more stations across Ukraine. No timetable or list of additional locations was provided.
