Content Usage Terms

1. Any use of Globe News Pulse content (the "Site") is permitted only on the terms set out below. "Use" means any reproduction, publication, copying, reprinting, distribution, translation, broadcast, cable transmission, adaptation, or any other use recognized under Ukrainian law.

Attribution

2. Partial or full use of the Site's content is permitted only with a credit line and/or a direct hyperlink, open to search engines, to the material's exact page on the Site. The credit/hyperlink must appear in the subheading or the first paragraph of the material. The link's font size must be no smaller than the surrounding text. A credit/hyperlink is required regardless of whether the material is used in full or in part.

Quoting

3. Partial quotation of the Site's materials is permitted up to a limit of 1,000 characters, with a credit line or a direct hyperlink, open to search engines, in the subheading or first paragraph, linking back to the corresponding article on the Site.

Photographs

4. Photographs from the Site may be used provided the source is credited as Globe News Pulse. If a photograph carries a photographer credit (or other attribution) and/or the Site's watermark, that must be preserved when the photograph is used.

Advertising material

5. Material labeled "Advertisement" is published as paid advertising.

Changes to these terms

6. The Administration may amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect once the new version is published on the Site.

Enforcement

7. A breach of the terms set out above is treated as an infringement of legally protected intellectual property and information rights — that is, as use of the material without the Administration's permission. In such cases, the Administration reserves the right to protect its rights through the courts in accordance with Ukrainian law.
