Editorial Policy
Globe News Pulse (the "Site") follows professional standards and the principles of objective journalism. Our main goal is to inform Ukrainian and international audiences promptly, from several angles and truthfully about important events in Ukraine and abroad, as well as facts of public interest — in the most accessible and understandable form.
Principles and values
Completeness and balance of coverage, together with brevity and precision, are the core principles of the editorial team's work.
Accuracy of information
The editorial team's priority is to give readers complete information about facts and events that affect people's lives.
News texts may include expert opinions, which by nature reflect a subjective view of the facts. Such opinions are presented as direct quotations with the author's name.
All sources of information are verified.
Ethical principles
The Site does not support any form of discrimination propaganda. Human rights and freedoms are an absolute value for the editorial team.
Racist, xenophobic and homophobic material is not allowed.
Sourcing policy
The Site has no staff correspondents: its materials are prepared from primary sources. The editorial team uses only verified sources and gives priority to official ones: statements from public authorities and press offices, official social media and messenger pages of institutions and officials, and official declarations and documents.
When working on news, editors always look for the primary source of the information.
If a piece relies on information first published by another outlet, it must credit that source with a direct, active hyperlink where one exists.
If information comes from an anonymous source, the editorial team reserves the right not to disclose it.
