Website User Agreement
Subject of the Agreement
1.1. This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the terms on which Users may use the Globe News Pulse website (the "Site").
1.2. The current version of the Agreement is available on this page of the Site.
1.3. The Administration may amend the Agreement without prior notice to the User. A new version takes effect from the moment it is published, unless the new version states otherwise. The User is responsible for reviewing new versions of the Agreement themselves.
1.4. The Agreement takes effect once the User expresses agreement with its terms (including by continuing to use the Site).
1.5. Additional terms of use may apply to specific resources and services on the Site.
1.6. If the User does not agree with the Agreement, they may not use the Site.
Use of the Site
2.1. The Administration gives the User access to a wide range of the Site's online services (informational, communication, and other services). All materials, resources and services published on the Site as of the date this Agreement is accepted, and any published in the future, are subject to this Agreement.
2.2. Where registration is offered on the Site, the User must provide complete and accurate information about themselves as requested by the registration form, and keep that information up to date.
2.3. The User is solely responsible for the security of the account details (email address, name) they provide, and for all actions taken on the Site under those details. Neither the User nor the Administration will disclose the User's password to third parties.
2.4. The Administration has the right to: use a registered User's email address to send messages relating to the operation of the Site; move a User's post to a different section if it relates to that section's subject matter; remove posts and comments that violate the Agreement or Ukrainian law; use copyrighted material the User has submitted to the Site in accordance with clause 2.7 below; suspend a User's account for breaching the Agreement or for prolonged inactivity; remove any content without explanation where it violates Ukrainian law, this Agreement, or other rules of the Site; and close any service on the Site at any time, with or without prior notice to the User.
2.5. The User has the right to: use their account once registration (where applicable) is complete; and create their own text posts and comments, and exchange views on published content within the limits of this Agreement and Ukrainian law.
2.6. If the User discovers unauthorized use of the Site's resources, they must notify the Administration as soon as possible.
2.7. By accepting this Agreement, the User agrees that any material (text, comments, photos, video, graphics, etc.) they voluntarily post on the Site may be used by the Administration to operate the Site — including reproduction, public display, editing for publication, and inclusion in the Site's own collections and publications.
2.8. The User consents to the Administration processing the information they provide, including for analytics and to improve the Site's services.
Material submitted by the User
3.1. It is prohibited to post or distribute on the Site: calls for the violent overthrow of the constitutional order, seizure of state power, or violation of Ukraine's territorial integrity; calls for violence, destruction of property, or incitement to armed conflict, or any other material that could constitute a criminal offense; material that insults the honor, dignity or lawful rights of third parties, and obscene, pornographic or other sexually explicit material; advertising or commercial material posted without the Administration's agreement; intellectual property posted without the rightsholder's permission; malicious code intended to disrupt equipment or software, or data intended to gain unauthorized access to paid resources; other users' personal data posted without their consent; and any material that otherwise violates Ukrainian law or international law.
3.2. The User is solely responsible for any information they provide and post on the Site.
Links to other sites
4.1. The Site may provide access to other websites. The Administration does not control those sites, and the User accesses them entirely at their own risk. The Administration is not responsible for the availability of such sites, their content, or any consequences of using them.
Limitation of the Administration's liability
5.1. The User uses the Site at their own risk and is solely responsible for any harm caused to their own equipment or data in connection with using the Site.
5.2. The Administration does not pre-screen material posted by Users as a matter of course.
5.3. The Administration is not responsible for the content of other users' material, statements or comments, their compliance with the law, or any copyright infringement by third parties.
5.4. The Administration is not liable, under any circumstances, for any direct or indirect losses connected with the use, or inability to use, the Site.
5.5. If a third party brings a claim against the Administration in connection with information a User has posted on the Site, the User must resolve that claim themselves, at their own expense, and reimburse the Administration for any losses it incurs as a result.
5.6. The Administration works to keep the Site running smoothly but does not guarantee it will be free of technical faults, and is not responsible for a temporary loss of access to a User's content.
Moderation
6.1. Interactive sections of the Site (such as comments, where available) are moderated on a post-moderation basis — posts are published first and then reviewed by a moderator.
6.2. If a moderator believes a piece of text violates the rules of the Site, they may remove it.
6.3. A User may report a comment. If a comment receives several reports, it may be hidden pending review by a moderator.
6.4. If a User disagrees with a moderator's decision, they may contact the Administration using the details on the "Contacts" page.

7.3. The User confirms they have entered into this Agreement with a full understanding of its content.
