Poland projects 3.48% pension increase for 2027
Poland’s government assumptions point to the smallest pension adjustment in several years. The final indexation rate is due to be established in early 2027.
Polish pensions are projected to rise by 3.48% in 2027 under the government’s preliminary assumptions. If approved, this would be the country’s lowest indexation rate in recent years.
inPoland.net.pl reported the estimates on Wednesday, October 21. Poland’s current minimum pension is PLN 1,978.49 gross, equivalent to PLN 1,800.43 net.
Applying the projected rate would lift the minimum gross payment to PLN 2,047.34. That represents a monthly increase of PLN 68.85 gross for people receiving the minimum pension.
The comparatively modest adjustment has been linked to low inflation. The exact indexation figure will not be known until the beginning of 2027 and remains subject to approval.
