Polissya sets two UPL dribbling highs for the season
Polissya recorded 35 dribbling attempts and completed 26 of them against Kryvbas, leading the 2026/27 campaign in both categories.
Polissya produced the strongest dribbling numbers of the current Ukrainian Premier League season in its seventh-round match against Kryvbas. Wyscout registered 35 attempts, four more than the previous mark set by Shakhtar in round four.
The Українська Прем’єр-Ліга (upl.ua) reported the figures on Sunday, September 27. Polissya also completed 26 dribbles, surpassing Shakhtar’s previous season-leading total of 18 from a third-round fixture.
The new benchmark remains short of the best single-game return across the past three UPL seasons. Shakhtar attempted 49 dribbles against Vorskla in December 2024 and matched that total versus Karpaty in March 2025.
For successful dribbles, the three-season record is 31. The Kharkiv side, then competing as Metalist 1925, reached that figure against Kudrivka in October 2025, while Polissya’s latest total shares eighth through 15th place in the corresponding ranking.
