Young Ukrainians in small communities offered grants of up to UAH 200,000
A 2027 grant program is accepting proposals from young people living in Ukrainian communities with up to 10,000 residents. Individual awards will range from UAH 50,000 to UAH 200,000.
Ukrainians aged 14 to 35 who live in territorial communities of no more than 10,000 people can apply for presidential grants to develop local projects. Telegram channel @odesaoda reported the competition terms on Tuesday, November 3, citing the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development.
Funding is intended for initiatives that strengthen communities, support their development and expand opportunities for residents. Eligible areas include culture, accessibility, energy resilience and other locally significant priorities.
Applicants do not need to represent a non-governmental organization or have previous project management experience. Grants of between UAH 50,000 and UAH 200,000 will be available for selected proposals.
The application window opened on November 2 and will close on December 2, 2026. Forms and competition details are available through the Ukrainian Youth Foundation, while financing is planned under Ukraine’s 2027 state budget.
