Ukraine’s state budget general fund received UAH 74.2 billion in taxes and fees administered by the tax service in October 2026, according to preliminary operational figures. The State Tax Service reported the data on Monday, November 2.

VAT payments accounted for UAH 50.9 billion, while UAH 25.9 billion was reimbursed to taxpayers. Personal income tax generated UAH 20.7 billion, excise duties UAH 10.6 billion, corporate profit tax UAH 8.4 billion and rent payments UAH 6.6 billion.

Collections for the first ten months of 2026 totaled UAH 1.101 trillion. That was UAH 74.7 billion, or 7.3%, above the amount recorded in the same period a year earlier.

Acting tax service chief Yurii Koniushenko said Russian attacks on production sites and logistics chains were significantly affecting revenue trends. He credited taxpayers with continuing to support the budget despite the pressures of the war.
