Dynamo Kyiv U19 opened their UEFA Youth League campaign with a 3-2 victory against Rangers U19 in Stalowa Wola, Poland. The game was the first leg of the Champions Path second round.

The Ukrainian Premier League (upl.ua) reported the result on Wednesday, October 28. Pavlo Liusin put Dynamo ahead in the fourth minute when his long-range attempt took a deflection, while Arsenii Fedorenko made it 2-0 in first-half stoppage time from Ivan Andriiko’s pass.

Rangers pulled one back through Glasgow in the 79th minute after a defensive error, but Dynamo responded immediately. Volodymyr Ozymai released Yaroslav Buravtsov with a vertical pass, and the forward restored the two-goal advantage before Fergusson scored for the visitors in added time.

The return fixture is scheduled for November 4 in Stirling, Scotland. The winners will advance to the third round, with matches set for November 25 and December 9.
