Dynamo earned their first UPL-2 win over Kudrivka and extended their record tally of emphatic victories to 145. The 5-1 comeback was only the seventh result of its kind in the competition and Dynamo’s second after defeating Zorya by the same score in October 2007.

The Ukrainian Premier League (upl.ua) reported the round’s statistics on Tuesday, October 27. LNZ registered a first comeback success against Livyi Bereh, while Kharkiv did likewise against Epitsentr. Polissya collected their first draw in their tenth appearance.

Maksym Tlumak of LNZ and Kharkiv’s Yaroslav Karpizin each scored a maiden UPL-2 brace. Karpizin has now found the net eight times during a five-game scoring run. Anton Demchenko, Nazar Ivaskiv, Kyrylo Osypenko and five other players also opened their accounts in the competition.

The fixtures included Chornomorets’ 420th UPL-2 match, Zorya’s 220th away game and Kolos’ 30th match on the road. A 1-0 scoreline remains the season’s most common outcome, occurring 15 times among 19 different score combinations.
