Tax advisers guide Uzhhorod bakery owner through first hires
A grant-backed confectionery business received practical support on employment paperwork, payroll taxes and mandatory reporting.
A craft confectionery owner in Uzhhorod has sought professional guidance after expanding production and hiring her first employees. Entrepreneur Marianna Dolynna used state grant funding to upgrade equipment and create additional jobs.
The State Tax Service reported the case on Monday, October 5. Its consultants in the Zakarpattia region provided a step-by-step outline for signing employment contracts and notifying the authorities about new hires on time.
The advice covered payroll calculations and the payment of personal income tax, the military levy and the unified social contribution. Specialists also explained how to complete required filings and meet reporting deadlines.
Dolynna said the consultation gave her a clear hiring procedure and greater confidence that the company was operating transparently. The tax authority presents assistance for grant recipients as part of its broader effort to help small businesses avoid compliance errors while they grow.
