The UPL Directorate has scheduled the UPL-2 meeting between the Veres and Shakhtar youth sides for April 28, 2027. The eighth-round contest is due to begin at 12:00.

The Ukrainian Premier League reported the decision on upl.ua on Friday, October 2. It followed a formal request submitted by Shakhtar to the league.

Veres approved the change before the new date was confirmed. The directorate based its ruling on Paragraph 11, Article 4 of Appendix 1 to the competition regulations for the 2026/27 UPL season.
