Polissya earned a 2-0 home win over Veres after a quiet opening half produced few clear opportunities. The Ukrainian Premier League reported the result on Friday, November 6.

Eduard Sarapiy broke the deadlock in the 47th minute, heading in Mykyta Kravchenko’s delivery during a renewed attack following a corner. The goal was the 200th conceded by Veres away from home in the UPL.

The visitors were reduced to 10 men in the 59th minute when Mykyta Aleksandrov was sent off. Play was then interrupted by an air-raid alert, and Polissya took firm control after the match resumed. Mykola Haiduchyk hit the post, while goalkeeper Pavlo Stefaniuk denied further attempts before stoppage time.

Haiduchyk eventually sealed the win after receiving a vertical pass from LINDON Emerllahu and finishing one-on-one. Polissya stretched their unbeaten league run to eight games and their scoring streak to 12, while Veres suffered a fifth consecutive defeat.
