Liability applies to individuals and companies that own land, holders of land shares, permanent land users and tenants of state- or municipally owned plots. The obligation begins when ownership or use rights are acquired and ends when those rights cease.
Taxpayers can review assessed amounts and payment details through the online taxpayer account or the My Tax mobile application. Those disputing an assessment may request a reconciliation of plot information, rates and exemptions; identified discrepancies can result in a recalculation and a replacement tax notice.
