Modus Operandi and Evidence The suspect stored TNT in secret caches near the frontline and recruited buyers via Telegram channels, offering personal delivery in a service vehicle. Law enforcement seized the entire batch of explosives and his phone containing chat logs.
Legal Consequences The suspect was notified of suspicion under Part 1, Article 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal handling of explosives). He remains in custody and faces up to 7 years in prison. Investigations continue under the supervision of the Kharkiv Specialized Defense Prosecution.
